ORDER
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to forward orders to our shipping partner as quickly as possible. Of course, we are bound to their fast delivery. Your package should, however, if everything runs smoothly as always with a delivery time of 2-3 business days with you.
Exceptional cases such as delivery abroad deviate from this.
I have not received an order confirmation.
It may have ended up in the spam folder.
If it is not there either, please contact our support via the contact form.
I received a confirmation but the order was not shipped within the stated delivery time.
Check if the delivery address was entered correctly during the order process.

DELIVERY
How do I see the status of my delivery?
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email.
My order could not be delivered.
Don't worry, our support will contact you to verify the address you provided.
It may take some time for the package to arrive back at the warehouse.
Then the package will be sent again.
Please make sure that the package can be accepted. The exact status can be found in the shipment tracking.
RETOURE
How can I return my package?
Return instructions will be enclosed with your package. You can return your items via the returns portal.
Due to the fact that we want to avoid a high volume of delivery trips from an ecological point of view, you will have to bear the cost of the return.
Order consciously and use our size charts.
If we receive the return in perfect condition, it will be processed and the money will be refunded to you within 14 working days after receipt of the return.
My item is defective / I have received the wrong goods.
Please contact our support by mail with the following details:
- Order number
- Type of item
- Type of defect/wrong item
- Pictures
Is it possible to make an exchange?
No, an exchange is generally not possible.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Usually you will receive the refund within 14 days after the return has been delivered to our warehouse.

Where can I find my invoice?
This will be sent to you by e-mail. If the email address is incorrect, please contact our support.
COLLECTIONS
Can I order parts from older collections even though they are sold out?
If the items are not available on the homepage, this is not possible, as our collections are mostly one-time releases and are not re-produced.
Upcoming drop dates of the new collections will be announced on our website or on Instagram.
